About Port City
Music
Port City Music is
an independent Savannah, Georgia band.
This Savannah
band features Savannah native Philip Palmer. Inspired
by dreams, metaphysics, and a sound he calls "melodic
dissonance," Philip created Port City Music through home
recordings. Now he has enlisted the help of four other
Savannah musicians to turn the recordings into live
performances.
